that strikes me as being very akin to that cinematic effect of a Vulcan Bird of Prey manifesting behind an undulating, translucent optical space irregularity. There is a distinct suggestion here that when the Seer behind manipulating the flames with her hands that she could well begin bending and stretching time an space. Let us hope that mystic twinkle is not our longevity dissipation light flickering out.
